Turning Loss Into Hope

CM3 Foundation

Supporting Families Affected by Gun Violence

CM3 Foundation was created after the loss of our son Chuckie to gun violence.

What followed was a reality too many families know all too well—overwhelming grief, funeral expenses, burial costs, lost wages, and everyday bills that do not stop simply because a family is grieving.

We founded CM3 Foundation because no family affected by gun violence should have to face those burdens alone.

Every dollar raised helps us support families during one of the most difficult moments of their lives while keeping Chuckie's memory alive through meaningful action.

TESTIMONIALS

Hello, my name is Kimberly Randleman, my son Aaron Whitfield Junior was murdered on January 11, 2026 in the city of Philadelphia. Aaron was our gentle giant . He was kind , generous, and love to spend time with his family.. His energy made you feel welcomed into his circle and went out his way to make you happy. Aaron‘s smile would brighten the room and bring you joy. unfortunately, he was taking away from us due to a senseless crime. Aaron has impacted family friends and our community with positive energy and he will never be forgotten.. On behalf of our family, I would like to express our deepest gratitude for your generous donation. During such a difficult time, your support helped ease the burden of funeral expenses and brought us comfort. We truly appreciate your kindness and compassion, and we will never forget your generosity.”

Last Christmas was a really hard time for my family. I wasn’t sure how I was going to make it special for my kids, and that feeling weighed on me every day. I just wanted to see them smile, to give them something to be excited about, but things were tight and I didn’t have much to give. That’s when CM3 Foundation stepped in. They showed up with kindness and generosity I’ll never forget. They gave my kids gifts—real, thoughtful gifts—and for a moment, everything changed. My children’s faces lit up with pure happiness, the kind you can’t fake. They laughed, they played, and they felt the magic of Christmas again. Seeing them that happy meant everything to me. It reminded me that even in tough times, there are people who care and want to help. CM3 Foundation didn’t just give us presents—they gave my family hope, joy, and a Christmas we’ll always remember.

Anna Schmidt:

My best friend, my brother, my everything, Billy Schmidt, was taken away from me and my family tragically with gun violence. He was shot and killed over a cell phone. I love him so much and don't understand why this would happen. He had so much going for him and the rest of his life in front him. He was the light in everyone's life and was constantly making everyone smile. You never failed to make me laugh, smile, calm me down and were always there no matter what. We will never stop fighting for you and getting the justice you deserve. It was a senseless coward act. The support from the CM3 foundation was so generous with helping us in our time of need to cover funeral expenses. Their kindness and urgency to help will not be forgotten. We can not thank you enough and appreciate all of you.
